This service is provided by a team of phlebotomists (specialists in taking blood samples). You must have an appointment to attend this service.
Who is eligible for the service
The service is for:
- patients aged 11 years and over
- patients with a Barnet and Chase blood form. We are unable to accept private, ICE, or PAH blood forms.
What will happen at your appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment and ideally no earlier than five minutes before.
Please ensure you arrive with your blood test forms as we are unable to take your bloods without these.
On arrival, go to the main reception area and check in by using the self-service-check in screen, take a seat in the waiting area where your name will appear on the wall board advising you of which clinic room to attend. Please notify the receptionist should you require any assistance.
Patients arriving late may not be seen and may need to reschedule their appointment to a later date.
