How we contact you
We now contact most patients by text message or SMS as the default method for communication (letters, questionnaires, and so on). This helps us share information quickly and securely and also reduce paper usage, which has a positive impact on our carbon footprint.
You can choose a different method or opt out at any time, please let the team who is working with you know that you wish to opt out.
Patients who are unable to use or access a mobile phone or other device, will continue to be contacted via their preferred method, such as letters or phone calls.
