Start the Conversation workshops
Start the Conversation is a community collaboration between Isabel Hospice, Hertfordshire County Council and NHS partners, to help people start thinking and talking about their end of life wishes, and then share that information with others.
If you would like to Start the Conversation for yourself, or with your family and friends, then join one of our free workshops to help you get started.
You will have the space and permission to share your own thoughts and stories, and the opportunity to ask questions, and learn from each other.
You will learn more about Advance Care Planning and what to include e.g. your end of life wishes and preferences, Lasting Power of Attorney, Decision to Refuse Treatment, as well as receive tips to help you start the conversation.
