HCT presented with Gold for digital innovation!
HCT were presented with a Gold Award which celebrates the best digital innovations in public sector community services this week.
Our HBL ICT Digital (Technology & Innovation) team won Gold at TechFest 2023 (technology festival) in the category of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Project of the Year earlier this year, for work carried out within HCT's Children and Young People (CYP) Therapies service. This week they were officially presented with the award, celebrating the Trust's automation journey to date!
There is still lots of work to come in this area, so keep an eye out for future updates of innovation in services across HCT.
