The PRIDE of London: HCT celebrates LGBTQ+ communities

Rainbows, sparkles and plenty of joy were on full display as more than 30 staff members joined the celebrations at this year’s London Pride Parade.

Staff proudly represented the trust with a colourful walking float – complete with a four-metre (13-foot) inflatable featuring the Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT) and HCT Charity logos.

The group walked in solidarity with LGBTQ+ communities across the capital, celebrating inclusivity, visibility, and allyship. Attendees included colleagues from across the trust, including Chief Finance Officer Frances Khatcherian.

The event was a powerful reminder of our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion – and the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
