Airmid is the new patient facing app to support all your healthcare needs. Patients can take control of their own healthcare and engage with their own care team, although some functionality will not be live within HCT.
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust would like to invite you to use the Airmid App to book your follow-up Appointments within the Hertfordshire Musculoskeletal Service.
The new, simple and secure way to book, manage your future appointments on your smart phone or tablet and this service is available 24/7.
Download and sign up to NHS App

Download the Airmid App
Once the app is downloaded, sign in using the NHS App credentials.
Download the Airmid UK App:
Book your appointment
Click on Book Appointment, select the MSK Service, and then book with your MSK Physiotherapist.
It will be your responsibility to keep your login details and password safe and secure. If you know or suspect that your record has been accessed by someone without your permission, you should change your password immediately.
Please note any information added to the following sections in the Airmid app:
will NOT BE VISIBLE to the Musculoskeletal Service. This functionality is not available.
