The Patient and Carer Experience Team supports all who use our services to share feedback about their experiences to help the Trust better understand what is working well, and where improvements can be made.
There are a number of different opportunities for patients, their families and carers to share feedback about their experiences with the team. These can include:
The FFT is a national question designed to measure how well a service is running or where improvements may be required. The question asks patients to rate their overall experience of care with Trust services along with a supplementary follow up question to understand the reasons why.
