Please continue to protect yourself, your friends and family, and NHS staff by wearing a face mask on our premises.

We acknowledge that Government guidance regarding the use of face masks by members of the public changed from 19 July 2021, but on all NHS premises you must continue to wear a face covering over your nose and mouth, unless you are exempt.

Please do not attend your appointment, or visit any NHS premises, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been advised you must isolate. Instead, please get in touch with us to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible using the contact details provided on your appointment letter.

We have recently been made aware of upsetting accounts of our hard-working staff being confronted by members of the public who have refused to follow this guidance. Please be kind to our staff, verbal and physical abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and staff may ask you to leave the building, with the back up of police if required. Such instances of abuse may also be recorded on your patient record which may affect your ability to receive NHS treatment in the future.

Our staff have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide the best possible healthcare under extraordinary conditions. Please continue to support them in their efforts.
