Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust’s ‘You’re talented, we’re great’ campaign, which featured in London tube stations and on the back of buses across the county, was announced finalists of The HSJ award for Strategic Approach to Recruitment.

Staff attended a ceremony last week hosted by the Healthcare People Management Association.

Ruth Griffin, Human Resources Business Partner at the Trust, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised at a national level.

“We have put the Trust on the map for innovative ways of attracting people to work for us. We will continue to build on the back of this campaign.”
