Huge thank you from Trust to public for generous donations throughout pandemic

HCT colleagues enjoy receipt of donations from wellwishers

Throughout the pandemic, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust has received countless donations boosting the morale and spirits of our colleagues as they fight Covid-19.

There is not enough space here to itemise all these gifts but everything has been gratefully received, from flowers, cakes, chocolates, homemade laundry bags, toiletries, face visors through to daily curry lunches and pizzas!

We are still being asked how the public can donate gifts to the trust – simply email Hct.staffenquiriescovid@nhs.net.

Clare Hawkins, HCT’s CEO said:

“Everyone at HCT has been truly overwhelmed by the generosity and thoughtfulness of our community throughout this pandemic.

"Every donation received, large or small, is accepted with sincere thanks and represents the warmth and gratitude of the public who we are proud to serve.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank all donors, featured in the long list here. These gifts have had a hugely positive impact for everyone who works at HCT.  Thank you so much from all of us at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust."
