The new edition of Children's Matters magazine rounds up recent achievements in the Children and Young People's Service - and focuses on how services are constantly improving.

Within its eight pages, the magazine includes the items:

Supporting early intervention for school-aged children - implementing the Lancaster Model
HealthforTeens and HealthforKids websites - dedicated online health information for children and young people
